Tribes
A Tribe is a group of people connected by personality fit. Tribes can be work teams, friend groups, study circles, or communities.
Creating a Tribe
Section titled “Creating a Tribe”- Tap Tribes in the main navigation.
- Tap Create and choose a name and type (Work, Social, Study, Family).
- Invite members via link or direct invite.
Joining a Tribe
Section titled “Joining a Tribe”Tap an invite link or search for public Tribes by name. Once you join, your personality fit score with existing members is shown.
Tribe analytics
Section titled “Tribe analytics”Tribe admins can see:
- Team composition across DISC styles
- Big Five distribution
- Suggested role fit based on trait profiles
