Overview

FYT is a psychometric platform that helps you understand your personality, find compatible teammates, and grow through AI-powered insights.

What you can do with FYT

  • Take 9 science-backed assessments (Big Five, DISC, Communication, Culture Map, ADHD tendency, Love Language, Parents, Aptitude, Team)
  • Build a longitudinal profile with scored dimensions, percentiles, and derived type labels
  • Find and join Tribes — groups matched by personality fit and team composition
  • Use AI insights for self, pair, and team contexts (consent-gated)
  • Share your Personality Pass via Apple or Google Wallet
  • Export your full account data from Settings at any time

How to get started

  1. Download the FYT app and create an account.
  2. Complete at least one assessment (start with Big Five).
  3. Review your profile including dimension scores and percentile context.
  4. Share profile insights, invite friends, and join/create a Tribe.
  5. Optionally generate a Wallet Pass and export your account data.

FYT stores score provenance (instrument/scoring/norm references) and type vectors server-side so results remain reproducible when scoring or norms evolve.
